The song I will be introducing you is a song that my high school friend made! My friend is the lead singer for this song and him and his band released it during his time in college taking A levels, while I on the other hand was going through Japanese Language School far away from where he was. Weirdly enough this song gave me a lot of comfort and carried me through boring drives, quite lonely days, and just motivating me through the stacks and stacks of Japanese Assignments that needed to be done by the next day.
The song is about how a guy has been chasing and loving this girl for a while but ended up being stood up, implying she never cared in the first place. All the things she did was not because that she liked him back. Kind of a sad song. What do you expect from a bunch of single college student being brought together to make a song, of course its going to be sad.
In the end of the day I still keep this song close to me. Maybe its my only easy connection to my best friend that now studies in the UK now. Both of us are half way across from each other so this song is just a small reminder that he still exist out there, and definitely doing way better then his younger version in college.
